General Provisions & Basis of Agreement

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Approved Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals at kd999 are currently available through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No additional payment methods are currently available.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests at kd999 are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The verification process may occasionally cause a slightly longer wait. Funds will be sent directly to your registered mobile wallet upon withdrawal.

3.4 Account Verification

kd999 may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of your national ID card or any other identity document. This is a necessary step to protect your account.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New account holders at kd999 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you will need to place a total of ৳10,000 (1,000 × 10) in bets before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on approved games.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• kd999 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if suspicious activity is detected.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within a specified time period.

Prohibited Activities & Account Suspension Policy

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Coordinated betting to gain an unfair advantage from bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to influence the platform's software or the outcome of any game.
• Operating an account under a false identity or another person's name.
• Using unauthorized third-party software or bots.

5.2 Consequences of Violations

If a user is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, kd999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account. The associated balance may be forfeited in such cases.

VIP Program & Special Benefits

The kd999 VIP program has five levels in total: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback and other benefits are provided at each level.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP level depends on the user's overall activity on the platform. Moving to a higher level brings greater cashback and exclusive offers. VIP benefits are always at kd999's discretion and may change at any time.
